Dear Friends, Earlier this year, we launched Hope for Healing as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to honor our son and brother, Matthew, who died of a substance use disorder in 2015. We put our grief to work offering support and compassion for other people suffering from addiction and their families. Hello Everyone, We just wanted to update you on what we’ve been up to this summer. First, we had an event at Joe’s on Weed Street. We had great live music for several hours, performed by a band mainly consisting of fraternity brothers of Matt’s and Ben’s. We had a great turn-out and we were glad to be able to reach out to so many young adults (approx. 250).
